The mudroom has a washer and dryer along with ample storage space for all of your gear. Spend some time in the evenings on the back deck overlooking the marina and utilizing the 900-pound ice machine and BBQ pit. Houseboat 1 is conveniently located on Pier B, Slip HB-16.

The rate is $300.00 per night plus tax (10.95%) & a one-time cleaning fee of $100.00.
