The Condo is located in Cypress Cove Marina and overlooks the marina. It sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably in three bedrooms, with two full baths.

Master bedroom has two queen beds and the other two bedrooms have a double bed and single bed in each.  Full kitchen has all of the amenities for preparing your catch or any meal you wish.  The living room includes a table for 6, with a large couch and three recliners to watch a 65 inch TV (DirectTV).  

Has wifi connectivity, a front load washer and dryer, a 500 lb ice machine, fish cleaning station and propane grill for use. Entire downstairs is open for parking and storing your items.  Has a large deck with outdoor seating and umbrella to observe all the boats coming in and to unwind and relax a bit, have drinks or eat outside.  On the morning of your charter, you can walk right out of the back of the condo and step onto the boat.

The rate is $500.00 per night plus tax (10.95%) & a one-time cleaning fee of $125.00.
