Tuna and African Pompano in Venice, LA!
The Shane Johnson Crew (pictured in thumbnail) and Capt. Willy B filled the boat with blackfin and yellowfin tuna on March 30, 2021!
Capt. Scott King and the Mike Brantley Crew (top right image) reeled in 8 yellowfin tuna, with the largest weighing in at 90-pounds!
The Sportsman’s Lodge Crew went offshore with Capt. Scott King and Capt. Stephen Crews and reeled in 2 African Pompano, a 159-pound Yellowfin Tuna, and a mixture of smaller blackfin and Yellowfin Tuna! (bottom right image)
A couple friendly reminders:
- Amberjack season will reopen May 1st and run through May 31st.
- Red Snapper season will open June 1st and run through August 2nd for Federally Permitted Charter Boats.
